At Auraboard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
